Reservations
Appointments are required for services. We will call you before your reservation to confirm your date and time.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your reservation time and have time to complete any forms necessary. Any client arriving 10 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.
Cancellation
As much advance notice as possible is appreciated on all cancellations. All services require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Payment
Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa gladly accepts checks, cash and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. Payment can also be made by redeeming a gift card from Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa (for products or services).
Gratuities
If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as:
- cash
- included as part of your payment by check
- a separate line item on your credit card slip
Children
Out of respect for our other guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed at Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa without direct parental supervision.
Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa appreciates your cooperation.
Cell Phones
Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones switched to silent mode and not be used while at Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa.
Smoking
Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa is a non smoking environment. We do not offer an area for smoking outdoors to protect our dear animals.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Lost and found Although Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa will make every effort to responsibly handle lost and found items, Cherry Mill Healing Center and Spa is not responsible for any eventual loss.
Animals
Although the Cherry Mill property is an animal friendly, please, no pets allowed due to stress to the animals.
